Day to day living is full of good and bad events and most just neutral. Bad events at various levels it is said to occur about 75 per day! No one is interested in hearing one complain about them, but it is good to be able to air the most egregious ones!

VERIZON
I have had Verizon as my carrier since cell phones first came out in the mid 1980s. For several months I had been unable to access my account online because Verizon’s Verification Texts never come through! To be unable to text one of their customers on one of their phones is unbelievable. Added to that my Voicemail stopped working and told callers my mailbox was full when it was actually empty! After multiple calls to Verizon’s Tech Support they were unable to fix it so I emailed the CEO and was passed back to Tech Support! I found that the CEO was leaving as Verizon was losing 90,000 customers per quarter, now its 90,001!
